The Drama Triangle Workshop:

The Drama triangle, also called the victim triangle, was developed as a social model of human interaction by a psychologist named Stephen Karpman. It highlights the unhealthy, unconscious or habitual roles we step into when we are in conflict – whether it is feeling sorry for ourselves, pointing fingers at others or stepping in to save someone else.

Each role in the drama triangle, be it the victim, the persecutor or the rescuer represents our state of mind, how we think and act when dealing with differences of opinion or disagreements with our own self or others. It provides an escape path to hide our underlying feelings and prevents us from addressing and processing what is really going on for us.

By gaining an awareness and deeper understanding of these roles we are able to move from being reactive to seeing the drama patterns and choosing to change our responses in order to step off the triangle.

Join us for a zoom training session to gain a better understanding of the Drama Triangle, how it plays out in your life and how you can shift into healthier and more effective ways to speak, listen and connect.

Methods of Conflict Resolution Workshop:

The saying goes “conflict is inevitable, but combat is optional.” It can solve contentious issues or it can further exacerbate them.

Conflict may generally exist whenever or wherever incompatible events occur and often result in a win-lose situation. The resolution, transformation and management of conflict can however produce win-win situation, if handled gracefully.

This workshop will bring awareness and a deeper understanding of why conflict happens and what tools we can use to find a win-win situation.  Attendees will leave with a skillset that enables you to not only cope with conflict but also build trust and understanding.

Join us for a zoom training session to gain a better understanding of conflict, how it affects your relationships and how you can alter the outcome through skills and methods learned in the workshop.  If you’re wanting to shift conflict in your life into collective contentment, this workshop is for you.
